About the role

Overseeing administrative systems and processes for JLL's Global Derivatives business, the full-time remote Manager, Market Operations will manage day-to-day operations, support strategic planning, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Key responsibilities Coordinate business activities and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency Maintain vendor relationships and ensure data integrity in Salesforce while supporting financial administration Organize compliance documentation and assist in regulatory reporting efforts Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field 5+ years of experience in business operations or management, preferably in financial services or capital markets Proficiency in Salesforce and advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint Working knowledge of financial services compliance frameworks and written supervisory procedures (WSPs) Experience supporting a trading or derivatives-adjacent business is a plus
