Role: Identify high-impact workflows across Sales, CS, Marketing, Operations and Talent where AI can drive greater efficiency and commercial impact. Diagnose operational bottlenecks and build AI-native solutions that fundamentally improve how teams work. Partner closely with the CEO to identify and deliver AI-driven opportunities across the business. Shape the company’s AI operating model, including defining best practices, tools and scalable workflows. Assess what to build in-house versus buy, and turn successful AI solutions into repeatable ways of working.
Requirements:
An AI-native builder who has used agents, automations and AI tools to transform how real work gets done. Strong commercial and analytical skills, with the ability to independently analyse data and turn insights into impactful actions. Exceptional communication skills, able to align technical and commercial teams around priorities and execution. A high-output operator who can move quickly, take ownership and drive results across multiple teams.
