The Technical Recruiter role supports that mission by constructing talent pipelines for technical hiring, focusing on sourcing hard-to-find candidates and partnering with founders on role expectations. You will craft research-driven sourcing strategies, personalize outreach, and help define what “great” looks like for each role, with ownership of the process and an emphasis on fit over funnel metrics.
