About the role

We’re partnering with a fast-growing international B2B SaaS business to appoint a Global VP of Sales as it enters an important next phase of growth. The company has built strong early traction, primarily through inbound demand, and is now investing significantly in its US operation. With an established international customer base and ambitious growth plans, the founders are looking for an experienced sales leader to build the people, processes and infrastructure required to scale globally. This is a genuine build-and-scale leadership role. You’ll inherit an existing sales team but have the opportunity to shape how the entire sales organisation operates.
The Role: As Global VP of Sales, you’ll take ownership of the global sales function and develop a predictable, scalable revenue engine.
Key responsibilities will include:
  • Building distinct inbound, outbound and expansion sales motions
  • Developing appropriate strategies and playbooks across SMB, Mid-Market and Enterprise
  • Building, hiring and developing a high-performing international sales organisation
  • Establishing clear qualification, discovery, demo and objection-handling processes
  • Improving pipeline generation, conversion rates, deal sizes and sales cycles
  • Creating a rigorous approach to forecasting, pipeline coverage and sales performance
  • Developing territories, quotas, compensation plans and capacity models
  • Building the appropriate sales management and leadership structure as the team grows
  • Establishing CRM and RevOps discipline to provide accurate, actionable commercial data
  • Working closely with Marketing, Customer Success and Product to improve the overall GTM strategy
  • Providing clear sales reporting and insight to the founders and wider leadership team
What We're Looking For: We're particularly interested in sales leaders who have experienced a genuine B2B SaaS scale-up journey and can demonstrate that they have built the sales organisation behind the growth. Ideally, you'll bring:
  • Senior sales leadership experience within a high-growth B2B SaaS or technology company
  • Evidence of scaling recurring revenue through different stages of growth
  • Experience transitioning from founder-led or predominantly inbound sales to a repeatable, process-driven model
  • Experience building both high-velocity and complex Enterprise sales motions
  • A track record of hiring, coaching and developing AEs, SDRs and sales leaders
  • Strong knowledge of forecasting, pipeline management, RevOps and CRM discipline
  • Experience designing quotas, compensation plans, territories and sales capacity
  • The ability to operate strategically while remaining close enough to the team to understand what's happening on the ground
This is not a traditional player/manager position. The focus is on building the organisation, developing the team and creating the sales machine rather than carrying an individual quota.

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
