Position Overview: The Business Development Manager will drive new business growth for the company’s commercial division, targeting modular building dealers, workforce camps, educational institutions, and general contractors. This is a high-impact, relationship-driven role focused on expanding market share, strengthening partnerships, and creating long-term customer value.
Key Responsibilities: Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities across the commercial and institutional markets. Build and maintain strong relationships with modular dealers, workforce housing providers, educational facilities, and general contractors. Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions that meet customer needs. Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings. Maintain a strong understanding of market trends, customer pain points, and competitor offerings. Track and report key performance metrics, pipeline activity, and market feedback.
Qualifications: Proven success in business development, sales, or account management — ideally within modular buildings, construction rentals, or related industries. Strong hunter mentality with the ability to independently generate and close new business. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Strategic thinker with strong emotional intelligence and situational awareness (EQ).Self-motivated, accountable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
