About the role
Seeking a Business / Commercial Real Estate Paralegal to join our fast-growing metropolitan practice with our office located in the Mid-Hudson Valley. Candidate should have solid experience in trusts and estates, and/or commercial real estate including title and survey reviews, purchases, sales, financings, and leasing. Candidates must be highly organized and possess the ability to prioritize, be a team player, and have excellent written and verbal skills. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel. College degree and/or paralegal certificate and 5+ years of experience preferred. Salary is commensurate with experience.
