About the Role: The Company is seeking a Head of Growth Marketing to lead paid acquisition and improve performance across its marketing funnel. The role owns paid media strategy, budget allocation, growth forecasting, creative and messaging direction, conversion-rate optimization, email performance, and tracking and attribution. The successful candidate will diagnose and improve funnel performance, direct testing across advertising platforms and customer journeys, and establish consistent compliance and quality-control processes. They will also lead and develop the marketing team, strengthen creative production and operating systems, and use market research to inform growth strategy. Candidates should have led marketing for an offer generating at least $1 million per month and bring deep experience with high-ticket call funnels, optimizing for booked calls and sales. Expert Meta advertising knowledge, strong creative and direct-response copy skills, and a proven record of improving advertising results are required. Applicants should have managed a marketing team of at least five and built processes that raise creative quality and output. Experience in compliance-sensitive markets is essential; familiarity with Google Ads, marketing analytics and funnel tools, and AI-assisted workflows is an advantage. Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
