About the role
- Sales & Member Engagement: As an Assistant Manager, you'll be responsible for converting leads into members, promoting our training services, and ensuring an exceptional member experience.
- Community & Brand Engagement: Build relationships within the community, promote our brand, and assist with local marketing and outreach campaigns.
- Daily Operations: Manage daily club tasks, including KPI analysis, member management, lead follow-up, social media posts, and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment.
- Fitness Coaching: You'll provide members with effective, safe, and efficient workouts, generate referrals, and retain members by delivering outstanding results.
