About the role
Location Singapore
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Executive with a strong background in recreational diving to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of diving equipment and techniques, as well as a proven track record in sales.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities within the diving, offshore, and marine sectors.
Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients, including shipowners, offshore operators, and marine contractors.
Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and commercial tenders.
Work closely with operations and technical teams to ensure accurate costing and scope alignment.
Attend client meetings, site visits, and industry events as required.
Diving & Operational Support Participate in diving operations when required to support inspections, surveys, or project execution.
Conduct site assessments and provide technical input for project planning and proposals.
Act as a technical point of contact between clients and internal teams during project execution.
Ensure compliance with diving safety standards, procedures, and operational guidelines.
Qualifications & Experience:
3-4 years of relevant experience in similar roles.
Degree in Marine Engineering, Offshore Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in commercial diving, offshore, or marine operations.
Sales or client-facing experience in the diving / marine / offshore industry is highly preferred.
Valid diving certification (e.g. ADAS / IMCA / equivalent) - preferred / required.
Strong understanding of marine or offshore operational environments.
Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to travel and participate in offshore or site-based activities.
CSCUBA / SSDE certified (optional)
