About the role
Aon is seeking a Director of Operations & Settlement Management in Chicago to oversee all operational, settlement, and post-trade activities for fixed income capital markets and private placements.
You will lead end-to-end settlement for Rule 144A and Section 4(a)(2) offerings, coordinating with DTC, Euroclear, custodians, trustees, paying agents, and investors, while maintaining robust controls and regulatory compliance.
