How You’ll Make an Impact:
Lead the development of annual budgets and quarterly reforecasts to align revenue and subscriber targets with business goals
Collaborate with sales channel leads to forecast sales by product and bundle using sales driver metrics
Translate sales into connects by analyzing completion and install performance metrics
Partner with internal stakeholders to map activity into each sales channel and develop product-level statistical budgets and forecasts
Identify operational drivers behind churn and subscriber migration to validate projection assumptions and inform strategy
Enhance business models to forecast revenue at offer and product levels for core and value-added services
Create executive dashboards of offer-level performance and present variances to group management in concise, actionable formats
Support, implement and forecast rate enhancement initiatives with marketing operations and offer management teams
Develop advanced analytics to explain forecast variances and identify growth opportunities
Perform revenue assurance, resolving issues with accounting and billing operations
Assist in ad hoc reporting for business unit leaders and executive management

What You’ll Bring to SpectrumRequired QualificationsEducationBachelor’s degree in finance or related field
Experience 10+ years in finance or related field
7+ years in financial or revenue analysis
5+ years in the telecommunications, media, or technology industry
4+ years in budget and forecasting preparation or related experience
Experience with business intelligence and analytics tools such as MicroStrategy or Tableau
Experience with financial reporting tools including Essbase, Hyperion or JD Edwards
SkillsAbility to read, write and speak English
Strong capacity to influence and gain support for ideas, proposals and solutions
Proven ability to build and foster collaborative relationships within and outside the organization
Effective at managing multiple projects and priorities with rigorous attention to detail
Skilled in processing complex environments and conceptualizing customer lifecycle
Expertise in interpreting and structuring complex customer and revenue data for executive-level presentations
Knowledge of budgets, P&L reports, systems and procedures
Ability to train, coach and lead high-performing teams
Leadership skills focused on continuous improvement and best practices
Effective negotiating, communication, presentation and interpersonal abilities
Executive-facing communicator with a customer focus
Data-driven project manager with attention to detail and measurable processes
Passionate about learning, pushing boundaries and turning findings into executable plans
Preferred QualificationsEducationMaster’s degree in finance or related field
SkillsProficiency with CSG and ICOMS billing systems
Exceptional Excel modeling and PowerPoint presentation skills
Working understanding of SQL
Working understanding of Hyperion Essbase
Knowledge of cable television products and services

The base pay for this position generally is between$135,300.00 and $240,100.00. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses.
