About the role

This is not an entry-level role - and not for average producers. We’re hiring a small group of experienced sales professionals to handle high-intent inbound demand. If you’re used to hitting quota, managing your pipeline, and closing consistently—you’ll fit in here quickly. We’re a growing life insurance brokerage with a steady flow of inbound leads. No cold prospecting. No chasing uninterested prospects. Your role is to guide, advise, and close. What makes this different: Inbound, pre-qualified leads (not self-generated) Shorter sales cycle vs. most commission roles Fully remote with control over your schedule Structured onboarding, scripts, and ongoing mentorship
What we’re looking for: Proven track record in sales (quota-carrying role preferred) Strong closing ability and follow-up discipline High ownership—no handholding needed Comfortable in a performance-based environment What this is not: A salaried or hourly position A fit for those new to sales If you’re confident in your ability to sell and want a higher-leverage environment, apply to start the conversation. By submitting this form, you agree to recurring contact from Symmetry Financial Group LLC and its affiliated companies under common control and their insurance agents via text & live, automated, A.I., or prerecorded calls, including for marketing or recruiting purposes. Consent not a condition of purchase.

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
