About the role
Bilingual Spanish Live Verify Agents will work part-time remotely to assist customers using the Truck Share 24/7 program by reviewing rental information, ensuring compliance with standards, and communicating effectively in both Spanish and English through calls and chat.
Key responsibilities
Review customer sessions for accuracy and assist with inquiries during the rental process
Make outbound calls for verification and ensure compliance with company policies
Document customer concerns and provide timely responses to inquiries via phone or chat
Required qualifications
Fluency in both Spanish and English
At least one year of phone customer service experience
Experience in handling high-volume inbound calls
Technical proficiency and ability to multitask effectively
Strong logic, reasoning, and time management skills
