Job Description: Based in Sugar Land, Texas, PG Golf LLC is the world's largest recycled golf ball company and leading golf club supplier. PG Golf LLC is looking for a quality individual to fill the role of Machine Operator Associate.

Summary: This critical role will coordinate activities with refinishing production to meet all specifications and quality requirements. This role will be responsible for the control and operation of the Sand blast/ Washing equipment to surface-prep balls for stamping and spraying operations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Inspect sample balls before and after pressure blast.2. Operate and monitor refinishing machinery and equipment according to established procedures.3. Perform “grit” checks, make up “grit batches, control “grit”/ Media inventory, and recharge slurry as necessary.4. Adhere to all safety regulations, company policies, and operating procedures.5. Attention to detail. Requirements / Qualifications· Prior experience with pressure blasting· Perform Basic Math Calculations· Use/ understand measuring devices / tolerances.· Use various hand and power tools.· Learn and apply quality standards of workmanship / product.· Use machine tools such as drills, lathes, millers, etc.· Must be at least 18 years of age.· Ability to work in a warehouse environment.· This is an hourly position.
