Responsibilities:
Provide direct personal care and assistance to clients in their homes.
Support daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, and meal preparation.
Administer medication and monitor client health as per care plans.
Assist with mobility and transportation needs for clients.
Document client progress and report any changes to the care team.
Engage clients in social and recreational activities to promote well‑being.
Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
Collaborate with family members and healthcare professionals to ensure quality care.
Requirements:
Valid STNA, HHA, or DSP certification required.
Previous experience in home care or a related field preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Compassionate demeanor with a commitment to client care.
Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
Background check and drug screening required.
Flexible availability to meet client needs, including evenings and weekends.
