All positions are third shift, with an approximate start time of 12:00 AM. Hours and scheduled days are subject to change based on operational needs. This position performs a variety of administrative and operational support functions, including preparing reports using various software applications, compiling information from multiple sources, and supporting small-scale projects. Responsibilities include general office duties such as word processing, data entry, document auditing, and answering phones and radios. This position may regularly handle confidential information. In addition to administrative responsibilities, this position plays a critical role in flight operations by delivering flight paperwork to Load Supervisors and Flight Crews to support the safe and efficient execution of aircraft departures.ResponsibilitiesPrepares reports/presentations.Performs analysis using various software packages and databases.Provides advanced office support knowledge and skills.Prepares and/or coordinates information for internal and external contacts.QualificationsValid Driver's LicenseHigh School Diploma, GED, or International equivalentStrong analytical and oral/written communication skillsProficient in Microsoft Office Word, PowerPoint, and ExcelPermanentUPS is committed to providing a workplace free of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation.UPS is an equal opportunity employer.
