Job Description: As a Front Desk Agent at Brixton Corp, you will serve as one of the first points of contact for visitors, clients, and team members. You will help create a welcoming and professional environment while supporting daily administrative and front office operations. Responsibilities: Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and guests in a professional and friendly manner. Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate departments or team members. Manage front desk activities and maintain an organized reception area. Assist with scheduling, appointments, meetings, and general office coordination. Receive, organize, and distribute mail, packages, and correspondence. Provide general administrative support to different departments when needed. Maintain accurate records and assist with data entry and document organization. Respond to general inquiries and provide accurate information. Help ensure smooth communication between visitors, employees, and departments. Handle routine administrative tasks with professionalism and confidentiality.
Qualifications: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Professional, welcoming, and customer-focused attitude. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively. Comfortable using computers, email, office software, and administrative systems. Strong attention to detail.
