- Inspect and assess wheels for cosmetic and structural damage (curb rash, scrapes, gouges, oxidation, and bends)
- Prepare, sand, mask, and refinish wheels using Car Shieldapproved materials and color-matching processes
- Operate mobile reconditioning trucks equipped with OEM-matched wheel paints and explosion-proof filtration systems
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace and ensure all safety procedures are followed
- Communicate effectively with dealership staff and Car Shield management
- Document completed work accurately through internal tracking systems
- Previous experience in wheel repair, auto painting, or collision reconditioning preferred
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
- Valid drivers license with clean driving record
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and operate standard automotive tools
