CNC Lathe Operator

The CNC Lathe Operator will: Set up and operate CNC lathe machines to manufacture parts to print specifications. Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions. Select proper tooling and fixtures for each job. Load raw materials and monitor machining processes. Inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, gauges) Make basic machine adjustments and offsets to maintain quality standards. Perform routine machine maintenance and cleaning. Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company policies. Document production data, including quantities, defects and machine performance. Collaborate with supervisors, engineers and quality teams as needed. Complies with all Butech Bliss safety rules. Other duties as assigned by management.
