Responsibilities:
Own the company's global financial strategy and capital structure design. Lead GAAP/IFRS consolidated reporting and the management of a hybrid fiat and crypto treasury. Establish company-wide crypto asset accounting policies and tax treatment frameworks. Act as the core finance driver for fundraising, exchange listings, and major M&A transactions, leading financial due diligence and transaction structure design. Build and lead a high-performing finance team, reporting to the CEO and Board of Directors, providing authoritative opinions on capital allocation and financial compliance.
Requirements:
At least ten years of finance and audit experience, including five or more years as a finance head at a crypto exchange or a fintech company holding significant on-chain crypto assets on its balance sheet. Able to build and iterate a crypto asset financial internal control and reporting system from scratch. CPA or ACCA is mandatory; background as a Big Four partner or CFO/VP of Finance at a recognized fintech company is strongly preferred. Demonstrated ability to serve as a trusted financial authority and spokesperson among founders, investors, and regulators.
