About the role

Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting for a HR Business Partner. We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to provide comprehensive human resources support across multiple healthcare practices. This is a fully remote role but the employee will need to live in North Carolina and be able to commute to the Raleigh, NC area occasionally for engagement or meetings.This is a highly hands-on, "one-stop-shop" HR role responsible for partnering with practice leaders and employees to address a broad range of HR needs, including onboarding, benefits administration, employee relations, compliance, performance management, and day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate is a confident, solutions-oriented HR professional who can make quick, thoughtful decisions, prioritize competing demands, and operate effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment. This person will serve as a trusted HR resource to multiple practices and should be comfortable working independently while balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
