Job Type: Full-Time | On-Site Typical Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Start Date: ASAP Sponsorship is not available Bilingual HR Coordinator, Manufacturing Description Our client in the manufacturing industry is looking for a Bilingual HR Coordinator to join their team in Balch Springs, TX. In this role, you will support day-to-day HR operations, including onboarding, benefits, employee records, recruiting coordination, HR tracking, and employee support, while partnering with third-party HR, payroll, benefits, and staffing providers. You will spend most of your time in the office while also regularly walking the production floor and assisting employees directly. To be considered, you must have at least two years of HR experience in a production, warehouse, construction, industrial environment or a similarly operations-focused workforce, and professional working proficiency in Spanish. To be successful, you must be proactive, organized, approachable, and comfortable taking initiative in a growing environment. Bilingual HR Coordinator, Manufacturing Responsibilities Support onboarding, new hire paperwork, and employee file maintenance Assist with benefits enrollment, changes, and general employee questions Coordinate with 3rd party vendor on payroll updates, benefits inquiries, and HR support needs Support recruiting with job postings, scheduling interviews, and candidate communication Maintain HR records including training logs, acknowledgments, and certifications Provide administrative support for employee relations matters (notetaking, filing, scheduling) Assist with updates to HR documents and handbook materials Help coordinate company meetings, employee recognition, and events Maintain basic HR tracking spreadsheets (headcount, new hires, terminations) Support employees in the office and on the production floor with routine HR needs Bilingual HR Coordinator, Manufacturing Qualifications 2+ years of HR experience required Experience in production, warehouse, construction, or industrial environment required Professional working proficiency in Spanish required
