Position Summary: We are looking for a motivated and hardworking General Laborer Roofer to join our team. This position is open to individuals with experience in either commercial or residential roofing. The ideal candidate will be a team player who is eager to learn and takes pride in their work. Key Responsibilities: Assist with the installation, repair, and maintenance of both commercial and residential roofing systems. Load and unload materials and equipment on job sites. Prepare the job site by clearing debris and setting up tools and safety equipment. Tear off and dispose of old roofing materials. Hand-nail shingles or assist with the installation of flat roofing membranes (TPO, EPDM, PVC).Follow all safety protocols and participate in weekly safety meetings. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Work effectively as part of a team under the direction of a crew foreman.
Skills and Qualifications: Previous experience in commercial or residential roofing is preferred but not required. Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions. Physical strength and stamina to perform demanding tasks, including lifting heavy materials. A strong work ethic and a positive, team-oriented attitude. Commitment to following all safety rules and regulations.\#IND1
