About the role

Are you experienced in commercial real estate transactions, title, lending, lease administration, escrow, acquisitions, due diligence, or property operations? We're seeking a detail-oriented professional to support complex commercial real estate financing and transaction activities for a premier portfolio of commercial properties. In this role, you'll coordinate with lenders, attorneys, title companies, surveyors, tenants, and internal business partners while managing due diligence, title and survey review, ownership analysis, lease-related documentation, transaction tracking, and closing support. You'll play a critical role in helping transactions move efficiently from initiation through closing.
