About the role

Participating remotely on a contract basis, general consumers will engage in a paid interview focused on providing feedback about digital experiences by completing guided tasks and sharing their thoughts on interface intuitiveness. Key responsibilities Complete a series of guided digital tasks and respond to related questions Articulate thought processes while navigating various interfaces Provide candid feedback on the intuitiveness of the digital experience Required qualifications Comfortable communicating thoughts clearly in English Regular user of standard web or mobile applications Willingness to share honest opinions about digital experiences
