About the role
Kohl's, as Sephora at Kohl's, is seeking a Beauty Lead Advisor who can drive sales through authentic passion for beauty and consultative client engagement. You will maintain expert knowledge of top beauty brands and execute merchandise sets, replenishment and visual standards.
In this role you will build client loyalty, upsell products where appropriate, participate in training and maintain store standards.
