Experience working with Contract Manufacturers and external suppliers, with a strong understanding of manufacturing processes and production operations. Proven ability to manage complex cross-functional projects, schedules, risks, and dependencies across multiple workstreams.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence without direct authority.

PMP certification; experience with retrofit or NPI programs and manufacturing readiness reviews; proficiency with Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, Jira, or Confluence.
Our Environment: Up to 10-15% of travel may be required. Employees must have a valid driver's license and the ability to drive and/or fly to client and other customer locations.
The employee is responsible for owning a credit card and managing expenses personally to be reimbursed on a bi-weekly basis.
Before you apply
Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.
Your profile is current
It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.
Two examples you can talk through
Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.
A number in mind
What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.
Your notice period
Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.
Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
