Core Responsibilities: Manage Customer Relationships & Communication: Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned customer programs, managing communication, follow-up, issue resolution, and escalation while maintaining a strong understanding of program priorities, key dates, and customer expectations. Manage Customer Orders & Programs: Own the end-to-end management of customer orders for fashion programs, including PO receipt, order entry, maintenance, order tracking, quantities, ship windows, MABDs, and customer requirements. Identify and proactively address order discrepancies, revisions, and at-risk deliveries. Coordinate Inventory & Receipts: Monitor inbound inventory, goods in transit, and expected warehouse receipts. Partner with Production, Logistics, Planning, and Distribution teams to resolve delays, manage inventory exposure, support order assignments, and address aging inventory. Manage Customer Shipments & Delivery Performance: Track outbound shipments and customer deliveries, resolving exceptions such as missed pickups, customer date changes, shipment terms, receipt discrepancies, and at-risk deliveries. Provide visibility to key delivery metrics and escalate material risks as needed. Own Item Setup & Maintenance: Ensure accurate and timely customer item setup and maintenance, including item data, costs, dimensions, attributes, GTINs, cross-references, set templates, and master item files. Manage Samples & Customer Deadlines: Coordinate sample requirements from request through delivery, partnering with Production and Design to ensure samples are accurately tracked and delivered in alignment with customer deadlines. Support E-Commerce Programs: Manage and maintain ecommerce item setup, content, imagery, and listings. Partner cross-functionally to ensure online assortments are accurate, properly represented, and launched on time. Manage Program Reporting & Tracking: Maintain weekly program reviews, receipt trackers, reconciliation tools, master item files, and other reporting required to provide accurate visibility into program performance and customer requirements. Partner on Forecasting & Business Reviews: Provide Planning and Sales with timely customer insights, including order expectations, program changes, timing updates, customer commitments, and known risks. Participate in recurring business reviews and provide customer context behind changes in performance. Drive Cross-Functional Execution: Coordinate follow-up across Production, Logistics, Licensing, Import, Design, Sales Support, and Planning to keep approvals, production milestones, shipments, and customer deadlines on track. Clearly communicate issues, opportunities, and risks while ensuring accountability remains with the appropriate functional owner
