About the Role:As a CBRE Investment Sales Sr. Analyst, you will lead the underwriting and valuation of commercial real estate assets for clientsThis role is part of the Brokerage job function, working directly alongside senior advisors involved in the valuation and sale of investment properties.What You’ll Do:Utilize and update detailed financial models to underwrite multifamily assets, including discounted cash flow analysis, sensitivity tables, and waterfall structures across acquisition, disposition, and recapitalization scenariosPrepare Broker Opinion of Value (BOV) packages and Offering Memorandums with supporting underwriting, market commentary, and investment thesis narrativesSynthesize market data from CoStar, RealPage, Yardi and CBRE Research to underpin pricing assumptions and submarket supply/demand analysisCoordinate with senior brokers and debt/equity advisory teams to align underwriting assumptions with current capital market conditionsTrack active transaction comps and maintain an internal database of closed deals, cap rates, and pricing metricsSupport new business development by preparing pitch materials presentations for prospective client engagementsReview and quality-check third-party financial reports, rent rolls, and operating statements to identify discrepancies and normalize historical performanceManage multiple concurrent assignments with tight deadlines, maintaining accuracy and consistency across all client-facing deliverablesWhat You’ll Need:Bachelor's Degree preferred with 2-5 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. Real Estate Salesperson license required.Understanding of existing procedures and standards to solve slightly complex problems.Ability to analyze possible solutions using technical experience to apply appropriate judgment and precedents.In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
