About the role

Justice Resource Institute seeks a Director of Education to lead Littleton Academy's education department within a residential program for latency-aged students, delivering trauma-informed care and strong instructional leadership. You will hire and supervise staff, co-teach as part of supervision, guide curriculum development, IEP work, and coordinate with Clinical, Nursing, Residential, and Administrative teams to sustain a shared, enriching program.
