About the role

Be your own boss with a 36-year American manufacturer behind you. ENECON is establishing exclusive, protected dealers across open U.S. territories. You build your own business on an exclusive, protected territory and bring a proven line of engineered ceramic- and polymer-composite repair systems — repair, don't replace — to the accounts you already serve. High-value project work, not a commodity product. (This is a 1099, commission-based dealership — not a salaried W-2 job; see the screening questions.)Best fit — owners of field-services businesses already on industrial and commercial sites who do NOT already sell industrial coatings or linings: HVAC, mechanical services, abrasive blasting, field/mobile welding, NDT/inspection, coil cleaning, and industrial/facility maintenance. You already have the crews and the customers; ENECON is high-margin project work you currently walk past or hand off — engineered repair systems, not a commodity. What you'd sell: ENECON's ceramic-reinforced and polymer composite systems rebuild and protect metal, concrete and equipment against corrosion, erosion, abrasion and chemical attack — pumps, tanks, heat exchangers, cooling towers, HVAC systems, floors and containment. Backed by 36 years of credibility: U.S. Navy-approved nonskid, Panama Canal, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, ISO 9001:2015, ASME PCC-2, NSF, Made in America.
The opportunity: commission well above the industry standard, on high-value project work — on top of the labor you already bill. Exclusive, protected territory. A full week of technical and sales training before launch, plus ongoing weekly training and support. Two things required: (1) labor access — your own crew or a contractor/applicator network; (2) owner mindset — you want to build your own business, not take a salary. Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
