About the role

Shepherd is seeking a Technical Lead, Inland Marine, to own underwriting guidelines and advisories. You will lead coverage form development and review risks beyond authority, partnering with capacity partners to resolve technical questions. Reporting to the Head of Property, you’ll guide account reviews, training, and use portfolio results to improve underwriting decisions across inland marine programs.
