About the role

We're looking for a Senior Website Designer with serious UI/UX chops and a flair for motion design. You know how to take a vision and turn it into a site that feels effortless to navigate and a joy to use. You think in wireframes and micro-interactions. You design with both the user and the client in mind.
Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end website design—from wireframes to pixel-perfect UI. Incorporate motion design and interaction to enhance user experience. Collaborate closely with developers to bring concepts to life. Participate in client discovery sessions and pitch design ideas clearly and confidently. Maintain design systems and contribute to team-wide best practices.
Skills: Prefered 5–10 years of professional design experience, especially web-focused. Strong portfolio with UI/UX and motion design examples. Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, After Effects or Lottie, and prototyping tools. Strategic thinking, strong communication, and client-facing experience.
Bonus: Experience in WordPress, Webflow environments.

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
