This is a sales-focused role with defined KPIs, client acquisition expectations, and a clear path to leadership . You will be responsible for building your own book of business while developing the skills to lead and scale a team.
Your Path: From Associate Trainee to Vice President
The LCElite Program provides a structured progression with measurable benchmarks :
Phase 1: Associate Trainee (0–6 months)
Licensing, foundational sales training, and initial client acquisition
Phase 2: Junior Associate (6–12 months)
Build pipeline consistency, improve closing ratios, increase production
Phase 3: Wealth Management Associate (12–24 months)
Outcome: Vice President Track
Transition into leadership with responsibilities in recruiting, development, and team growth
Advancement is performance-based , not tenure-based.
What You’ll Do
Build and execute a weekly client acquisition plan (calls, referrals, networking, events)
Conduct financial strategy meetings and close new business
Develop and manage a consistent pipeline of qualified prospects
Generate referrals and deepen client relationships
KPI & Performance Management
Track and hit weekly and monthly activity targets (calls, meetings, applications)
Meet production and revenue benchmarks tied to advancement
Maintain a high level of accountability within a metrics-driven environment
Business Development
Build and manage your own book of business
Establish centers of influence and long-term referral sources
Develop a repeatable and scalable personal sales system
Leadership Development (LCElite Track)
Recruit, select, and develop new financial professionals
Provide coaching, joint-work, and mentorship to newer advisors
Participate in leadership training and firm-wide strategic initiatives
Core KPIs & Expectations
Weekly prospecting activity (calls, meetings, networking touches)
New client appointments set and held
Applications submitted and placed
Monthly/quarterly revenue targets
Client retention and referral generation
This is a high-accountability, performance-based environment with clear scorecards for success.

Compensation
We offer two compensation paths , allowing you to align your income structure with your goals and risk tolerance:
Option 1: Monthly Stipend + Reduced Commission/Bonuses
Provides income stability during the ramp-up phase
Lower commission payouts and bonus structure
Option 2: Full Performance-Based Compensation
Higher commission payouts and full bonus eligibility
No income cap, with earnings directly tied to production
Typical first-year range: $45,000–$85,000+
Long-term income driven by client retention and book of business growth
Who We’re Looking For
Recent college graduates or early-career professionals
Highly competitive, sales-oriented, and results-driven
Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to build a business
Comfortable being measured on performance and KPIs
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Background in business, finance, or sales is a plus (not required)
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
Ability to obtain Life & Health, SIE, Series 7 & 63 (sponsorship provided)
Authorized to work in the U.S.
