Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated MRI Technologist to lead and support our imaging services. As a key member of our team, you will partner with departmental leadership to ensure smooth operations, uphold safety standards, and enhance patient experience. This role also involves collaboration with research organizations to support cutting-edge medical studies. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise with a compassionate approach, maintaining high standards of safety, accuracy, and patient-centered care.
Required Skills: Knowledge of MRI procedures, protocols, and safety guidelinesStrong understanding of medical terminology and radiologic practicesExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to maintain patient confidentiality and professionalismProficiency in recordkeeping and documentationCurrent ARRT registration in Radiologic TechnologyValid Radiologic Technologist license by the Kansas State Board of Healing ArtsCertification in CPR/BLSMinimum of 5 years MRI experience, with at least 1 year in a lead or coordinator roleNice to Have Skills: MRI Safety Officer CertificationAdditional registries or certifications related to specific MRI modalitiesExperience supporting clinical research activitiesPreferred Education and Experience: Graduation from an accredited School of Radiologic Technology or equivalentBachelor's degree in Radiologic Sciences or related field (preferred)
