Remote AAA Roadside Assistance Dispatch Specialist the Hero Behind the Scenes! Be the calm voice people count on. Make every call matter. Help us deliver the legendary service AAA is known for. The available shift for this position is 2:30pm to 11pm, including every other weekend. This is a remote position that requires the ability to attend mandatory in office meetings and trainings at our Harrisburg, PA location. When someone is stranded on the roadside, they are not just looking for helpthey are looking for reassurance, direction, and fast action. As a AAA Dispatch Specialist, you become the lifeline. Hourly pay starts at $17.65 per hour plus the opportunity to earn a shift differential. Important note: This position is designated as Essential Duty Personnel, meaning team members are expected to report as scheduledincluding weekends, holidays, and inclement weather conditions.

What You'll Do:

(and Love Doing):Be the voice of reassurance Support members in real-time by delivering calm, confident, and empathetic guidance during roadside emergencies.
Dispatch quickly and accurately Coordinate service calls to AAA Fleet Technicians and our partners, ensuring fast, efficient assistance.
Make smart, real-time decisions Prioritize calls based on urgency, safety concerns, weather, and traffic conditions.
Keep members informed every step of the way Provide proactive updates so customers always know when help will arrive.
Document with clarity and precision Capture key details that support seamless service and strong team communication.
Deliver a "one-call resolution" experience Solve problems efficiently while creating a positive, memorable interaction.
Collaborate for success Partner with technicians and contractors to deliver reliable, high-quality service.
