About the role
Who We Are
AMERIGEPARK builds fine estate homes and commercial spaces with a focus on high-end hospitality environments. We deliver with precision, discernment, and an uncommon level of client care. Our work spans estate-level homes ($5M ) and unique commercial spaces with meticulously designed environments where health, wellness, and guest experience matter.
We are intentionally selective — about the projects we take on, the clients we work with, and the team who represents us. Our standard is high because our clients expect nothing less.
What You’ll Do

Participate in pursuit strategy, pursuit efforts, and closing project deals.

Maintain disciplined follow-through and market intelligence across South Florida
Partner with leadership to evaluate project fit, client alignment, and long-term potential
Work within a CRM environment
Lead weekly sales meetings and alignment calls

Background in construction management, real estate development, architecture/design, industry related sales, or high-caliber client service
Understanding of South Florida permitting, zoning, or development cycles
Relationships with UHNW homeowners or estate managers

What We Offer
A nimble, founder-led environment
Where strong operators influence the direction of the business and decisions move at the pace of opportunity.
A modern, elevated approach to a traditionally rigid industry
We combine luxury-grade craftsmanship with hospitality-level service — a blend that’s rare, forward-thinking, and built around both detail and experience.
Work that reflects discernment and legacy
You’ll represent projects and clients whose standards match your own, and whose partnerships build reputational equity over time.
A commission structure with real upside
Designed for long-term wins, not churn. When you bring the right opportunities — the ones aligned with our philosophy — the financial upside is significant and clear.
Generous benefits package
A seat at a high-bar table
We expect judgment, discretion, and leadership — and we give you the authority to operate at that level.

Before you apply
Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.
Your profile is current
It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.
Two examples you can talk through
Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.
A number in mind
What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.
Your notice period
Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.
Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
