About the role

Chicken of the Sea is seeking a hands-on Head of Maintenance to lead our plant maintenance team and ensure reliability, safety, and cost-efficient operations. This role collaborates with Production, Quality, and Engineering to drive continuous improvement and high performance. The ideal candidate will have a mechanical or electrical engineering degree, 5+ years of maintenance leadership in manufacturing, strong CMMS and Lean experience, and a proven track record of delivering results.
