About the role
- Support and inspire a high-performing team culture rooted in collaboration, accountability, and excellence
- Drive operational efficiency while maintaining the highest standards of inventory accuracy, organization, and loss prevention
- Partner with store leadership to achieve sales goals and key business metrics, including conversion, AOV, UPT, and client retention
- Deliver bespoke service and elevated client experiences that strengthen loyalty and brand affinity
- Maintain exceptional visual merchandising standards, ensuring all displays, pricing, and product presentation align with brand expectations
- Oversee front and back of house operations, including replenishment, shipment processing, inventory audits, and omni-channel transactions
- Serve as a leadership presence on the sales floor by coaching team members, supporting clienteling efforts, and reinforcing luxury service standards
- Partner closely with HQ Operations and store leadership to optimize processes, improve efficiency, and support overall store performance
- 23+ years of retail leadership and operations experience, preferably within luxury or premium retail
- Strong operational and inventory management expertise
- Proven ability to support sales performance and KPI achievement
- Passion for fine jewelry, styling, and elevated client experiences
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Proficiency in Shopify, Google Workspace, and inventory management systems
- Polished communication skills with a collaborative, client-focused approach
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require
