Job Description: The Order Fulfillment Coordinator receives, enters, and reconciles customer orders and cooperates with AdvaCare billing, dispatch, operations, and sales personnel to ensure equipment is accurately delivered, picked up, maintained, and billed for.
Job Duties: Answer phones in a friendly, customer-centric manner. Schedule deliveries, pickups, maintenance, and repairs for all facilities, home care, and hospice providers. Act as a customer liaison on issues of product availability, equipment assessments, and equipment troubleshooting. Manage the routing and workload of service technicians.
Shift Information: Initial training will be conducted on a full-time basis, Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm (cst) starting on Monday, September 28 for approximately 4 weeks. Candidates must be available to work one of the following shifts after training is complete 6:00 am to 2:30 pm (1 Shift available) Monday & Tuesday, Friday through Sunday9:30 am to 6:00 pm (3 Shifts available) Wednesday through SundayMonday, Thursday through SundayMonday through Wednesday, Saturday & Sunday

Qualifications:
  • Job Requirements 2+ years of customer service/call center and/or Healthcare experience.
  • Empathy, Passion, and Enthusiasm for helping those in need.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong computer/systems skills (Microsoft Office Suite, etc.)
