Qualifications:
- Previous caregiving or home care experience preferred, but not required — we are willing to train
- Compassionate, patient, and dependable
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable working as part of a team
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with everyday tasks while helping them remain safe and independent at home
- Provide companionship through conversation, activities, and meaningful interaction
- Follow individualized care plans and daily routines
- Support clients in maintaining a healthy and comfortable lifestyle
- Communicate client updates and changes with care managers and office staff
- Build positive, trusting relationships with clients and their families
