Champion Window - Regional ManagerIf you are an experienced business leader who has significantly impacted the direction of B2C operations, join the Champion Team!As a Regional Manager, you will lead a group of offices and deliver:• Target profit margins with a focus on top line sales growth and EBIDTA• Positive customer experience through trust, quality, and delivering on our commitments• Great employee experience founded on development, respect, accountability, and fun• An environment built on strong relationships supporting the overall businessResponsibilities• Strategic planning and execution to enhance sales growth, profitability, productivity, and efficiency throughout the company's operations• Develop and lead management of your Champion locations to ensure sales growth, targeted profit margins, great customer service, quality installation of products, and a culture focused on customer experience, trust, growth mindset, and high-performance teaming• Collaborate with executive team and departments to ensure that company's operation, talent, sales, and strategic priorities are aligned and delivering• Act as role model, coach, and advocate for great customer and employee experiences- we succeed by enabling our people and holding them accountable for results• Introduce and align on best practices and process improvement measures and ensure accountability and alignment with Champion Playbook corporate policies, and government regulations• Execute on forecasted marketing plans, sales strategies for growth and EBIDTA• Communicate customer needs, price schedules, and discount rates with marketing and leadership to inform and influence strategies driving successQualificationsAs a Regional Manager for Champion Window, you must be a confident business leader who has proven success in business management.
