About the role
Ramp is hiring an Emerging Talent Operations Associate to help run the internship and new-grad programs. You’ll collaborate with recruiters, coordinators, People Ops, and IT to keep candidate data, interviews, offers, onboarding, and intern support moving smoothly.
You’ll help create an exceptional candidate experience from first contact through offer, with potential conversion to full-time. This is a hands-on, organized role with scope to optimize processes using automation.
