About Kelly’s Auto Repair Kelly’s Auto Repair is seeking an experienced B-Level Automotive Technician in Wilmington, DE, to perform general automotive repair, maintenance, diagnostics, and electrical work. The position pays $25-$30+/hour plus bonus, depending on experience, with weekly pay and a Monday-Friday schedule. This family-owned and operated independent repair shop offers steady vehicle volume and a six-bay, six-lift facility with heat and air conditioning.
Key Responsibilities: Perform general automotive repair and maintenance. Diagnose vehicle concerns and determine needed repairs. Diagnose and repair automotive electrical systems. Perform maintenance services on a broad range of primarily late-model vehicles. Complete digital vehicle inspections as part of the repair process. Use shop-provided specialty tools and equipment to complete assigned work.
Qualifications: Minimum 3-5 years of automotive repair experience. B-Level automotive repair and diagnostic capabilities. Strong general automotive repair skills. Experience diagnosing automotive electrical systems. Digital vehicle inspection experience is a plus. ASE certifications are preferred but not required. Must have personal automotive tools needed for the work performed.
Compensation & Benefits: $25-$30+/hour plus bonus, depending on experience. Hourly pay with bonus opportunities. Paid weekly.5 days of PTO during the first year.2 sick days during the first year.
