About the role
Extremity-Care is seeking a Senior Operations Manager to lead day-to-day operations across production, facilities, inventory, and quality. You will coordinate with Quality, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Customer Service, and external partners to drive compliant, efficient operations in domestic and international markets. Responsibilities include monitoring KPIs, leading continuous improvement, managing budgets, and aligning projects with strategic goals.
