About the role
Foam Molding Operator The Foam Molding Operator is responsible for making parts in our foam molding department, while ensuring finished parts meet customer specifications and company quality standards. This position is also responsible for ensuring that production processes are accurate and efficient, and that safety and quality standards are maintained throughout all areas in the facility.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Ensure that safety is always the number one priority at Alexandria Industries; promote and support a safe work environment and safety-oriented culture by following all safety programs and guidelines. Paint and trim mold products to meet customer must learn the templates for paint patterns and material change overs Be able to assist in the planning and prioritizing of production needs Be self-motivated! And able to work as part of a team. This is a team dept. Ensure all quality practices are being followed accurately and efficiently Other Job Duties (Not considered essential to the job):Perform all other related assignments (including special projects) as required in a professional and cooperative manner.
