Regional Manager of Operations – Skilled Nursing Facilities - Northern CaliforniaCHE Behavioral, a multispecialty group of licensed professionals dedicated to increasing access to mental health services, is seeking an experienced Regional Manager of Operations to support and grow our behavioral health programs across skilled nursing and assisted living facilities in Northern California. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing facility relationships, supporting providers, and driving growth within an assigned territory. This role offers a unique blend of remote work and field-based facility visits, requiring strong leadership, customer service, and healthcare operations expertise.Key Responsibilities:Expand services across SNFs and ALFs; onboard new facilitiesIncrease penetration in existing facilities and promote specialty service linesBuild relationships with facility leaders to drive referral growthPresent CHE programs and secure new facility contractsTravel up to 70% within the assigned region for facility visits and business developmentProvide exceptional customer service to partner facilitiesConduct quarterly in-person facility visitsSupport facility staff with workflows, referrals, and program integrationCommunicate territory needs to internal teamsTrack provider productivity and RVU performance (daily-annual)Conduct monthly provider meetings (virtual or in-person)Collaborate with Clinical Operations on regional initiativesAssist in interviewing and evaluating candidates for facility-based rolesRequirements:Bachelor's degree required (Master's degree preferred)Skilled nursing facility experience required (admissions, social services, marketing, business development, or operations)Multi-site healthcare operations experience requiredStrong leadership, critical thinking, and decision-makingExcellent relationship-building and customer service skillsAbility to manage change and execute growth strategiesAdvanced organizational and time-management skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple prioritiesAbility to travel, including occasional overnight tripsSalary: $120,000 - $140,000 ANNUALLYJoin a mission-driven organization committed to increasing access to mental health care in skilled nursing and assisted living communities.
