🔧 What You'll Do:
-Help ensure products meet requirements through audits, inspection, and testing Develop and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)Collect and analyze data for gauge and product evaluation Write procedures, specifications, and standards for products and processes Identify the people, gauges, procedures, and materials needed to launch new products Work with suppliers to make sure they can deliver quality products Partner with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and outside experts to reach quality goals✅ What You BringB.S. in Engineering, or a related Bachelor's degree with a quality engineering certification (e.g., CQE)Basic knowledge of blueprint reading and GD&TFamiliarity with FDA quality system regulations (QSR/QMSR) and ISO standards Understanding of FMEA, design assurance, and product testing method Hands-on experience with CMMs and optical comparators Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Ability to meet deadlines and build strong working relationships⭐ Nice to Have - Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) - Medical device experience, especially in orthopedics - Quality or manufacturing co-op/internship experience✈️ Travel: Up to 20% 💡Why Apply?
