Manufacturing Supervisor – Aerospace Manufacturing

Salary: $90,000–$110,000/year
We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Supervisor to lead shop-floor operations within an aerospace manufacturing environment. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone with a strong machining/CNC background who can lead teams, manage production schedules, and drive quality and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee production operations within machining, assembly, and related manufacturing areas. Lead, coach, and develop manufacturing employees while maintaining a productive team environment. Plan and assign work based on production schedules and customer requirements. Monitor productivity, quality, labor hours, and on-time delivery. Read and interpret aerospace blueprints, engineering drawings, work orders, and specifications. Identify and resolve production, equipment, and workflow issues. Recommend improvements to production methods, equipment performance, and processes. Support continuous improvement initiatives and investigate manufacturing inefficiencies. Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 / AS9100 quality requirements. Partner with management and cross-functional teams to address production and quality concerns.
Qualifications: 5+ years of machinist experience, preferably in aerospace manufacturing.7+ years of manufacturing leadership/supervisory experience. Strong understanding of CNC machining and manufacturing operations. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, specifications, and work instructions. Experience with production scheduling, workforce planning, and employee development. Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Experience working within an AS9100 and/or ISO 9001 environment preferred. Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, Business, or related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
