Remote Virtual Admin Assistant/Executive Assistant (US EAST - Tampa) Tampa, Florida, United States You will be supporting the High Impact Ventures management team, a startup studio/growth accelerator and portfolio of companies ranging from AI, content creation software, SaaS to travel-related and ecotourism, conservation and wellness companies. The team, originally from San Francisco/Silicon Valley is expanding the team remotely. Responsibilities: Supports the client directly as the go-to person for all needs, including daily administration, project coordination and assisting with various tasks. Support for Customer Success and Operators Able to successfully work with others, and unsupervised. Provides administrative support as needed. Research, data entry Prepare for appointments, coordinates schedules, and can do event coordination and implementation successfully. Social media review/editing Other content review/editing General marketing support Requirements: Minimum Bachelors Degree in Marketing or related field 3+ years of demonstrated experience in administrative support Strong analytical and data analysis skills High Attention to Detail and Proactive Nature Proactive and always thinking ahead in terms of problem solving Outstanding verbal and written communications skills Must have excellent communication Friendly, personable, people-oriented Experience a Plus!...
